The Chamber of Commerce will provide each vendor with basic electricity hookup, one 8’ table and two chairs. Vendor must bring their own tent & lighting. Tents are to be no larger than 10’x10’.

Youth Market vendors must be between 10 and 18 years of age. Each vendor must be accompanied by an adult mentor at all times. Mentors must be at least 18 years of age. Youth Market vendors must follow the Vendor Rules of Fest.

Due to loading and unloading restrictions, vendors must stay for the duration of the Youth Market hours of 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm.

All Youth Market booth spaces are 6'x6’ and have a 8’ height restriction. If you would like more than 6' of space, you may purchase a second booth space based on availability. At no time are vendors allowed to have merchandise or signage outside their assigned space.

200 watts per 10’x10’ vendor space is provided. Vendors must bring a minimum 12 gauge 20' extension cord to reach power source. Vendors requiring more than 200 watts must contact the Chamber. PLEASE NOTE: GENERATORS ARE NOT ALLOWED!

For vendor water use, hook ups will be placed on fire hydrants along Main Street during the Festival. Vendors are not to permanently hook up to the hydrants.

The Fall Fun Festival carries a vendor permit that encompasses all Festival vendors. Each individual vendor is not required to have a business license.

If selling food items, vendor is responsible for filling out their own application and paying the fee to Jackson County, for a Temporary Food Stand Permit. Forms are available at the Jackson County Health Department or on their website.
