The Blue Springs Police Department and CJCFPD will be on festival grounds during the event.

The Festival Safety Team will also provide services and can be reached at the Chamber office at (816) 229-8558.

Parade route closes at 7am on Saturday.

Parade starts at 15th & Vesper, travels south on 15th, east on Main, north on 10th, and ends at St. John LaLande Catholic Church.

Parade watchers will start arriving at 8 am

Parking with shuttle service is available at Abundant Life Church

Thursday, September 17

Main Street will close to incoming vehicle traffic at 5:30 pm. Vendor setup will begin at 6:00 pm. This will allow you and your customers time to remove vehicles from Main Street prior to vendors setting up. 

Saturday, September 19

Parade setup begins at 7:00 am. The Blue Springs Police Department asks that all vehicles be removed from the parade route by 7:30 am. A map of the parade route will be available on the Chamber website.  The Blue Springs Police Department will be closing roads and placing no parking signs along the parade route at 7:30 am.

Sunday, September 20

Festival closes at 4:00 pm. Main Street will re-open to vehicle traffic at approximately 4:30 pm, or when foot traffic is clear and it’s safe to remove the barricades.
